Ingredients: 50 Grams Raw Walnuts; 2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Molasses; 1 Large Red Pepper; 200 Grams Feta Cheese

This dip is great an addition to cheese platters, goes well on the side of any bread and can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes.

U can play around with this recipe to match your preference and even make it a day ahead :)

50 Grams Raw Walnuts
2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Molasses
1 Large Red Pepper
200 Grams Feta Cheese

Instructions

Using a burner or a firegun, roast the pepper from each side until its completely charred.
microwave for 1 minute.
Cover with plastic wrap and cool completely.
Using a paper towel, wipe the charred skin off the roasted pepper. Remove stem and seeds.
To a food processor, add the walnuts, pomegranate molasses, feta cheese and roasted pepper. Blend until completely smooth.
Garnish with nuts and/or seeds and serve with bread or as a side dish.
